Refund policy

Making sure orders are accurate is our top priority! Please allow 5-7 business days for processing, packaging and shipping. All weekend orders will begin processing on the next business day. Orders may take a bit longer around high-volume times including sales, holidays and pre-orders. We do our very best to ship as quickly as possible!

We do not offer refunds at this time and orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. However, we will exchange an item if it is defective or damaged. Defective items will be exchanged for the same type of product and size. (Due to Covid-19 we are not accepting exchanges at this time).

Customers are responsible for reading product descriptions and reviewing size charts prior to purchases. We offer woman fitted apparel and unisex apparel. It is important to view the product description and size chart for each item for reference.

You can return defective or damaged items within 7 days of the delivery date for EXCHANGE ONLY. There will be no refunds. 

Items must not be worn and/or washed. Unfortunately, items that do not meet these criteria are non-exchangeable and will be denied. We recommend using registered mail as we cannot be held liable for any lost items. (Due to Covid-19 we are not accepting exchanges at this time).
